Telephone support
We have a well organised call logging system which generates a unique log number, so that you can stay updated on the progress of your call. The case will be passed through to one of our engineers who investigate the job and will contact you.
If we are unable to assist you over the phone we will arrange to either make a site visit or wait until your next scheduled site visit to resolve your issue, whichever you prefer.
95% of all support calls are fixed straight away for our customers. We are always striving to fix any issues big or small as fast as possible using our many sophisticated support tools.
