Site Visits

When our engineers visit your site, they will investigate any problems that have occurred since the last visit. If any are found, they will endeavour to fix them or will advise you on possible solutions. Anything critical will be discussed with you and we will advise of the plan to correct the problem immediately. The engineer would then move on to the regular checks needed for your business.

In short, our regular visits are what clients view as being insurance against IT disasters that might otherwise happen. We work with our clients to provide zero down time and consistent system speed where at all possible.
