Regular site visits
When our engineers visit your site they will investigate any problems that have occurred since the last visit. They will endeavour to fix them or will advise you on possible solutions. Anything critical will be discussed with you and we will advise of the plan to correct the problem. Then they will move on to the regular checks:
1. Confirm & test your backups (test restores are very important as this is the only way to confirm that your data is retrievable.)
2. Check your Antivirus & Antispyware software are up to date
3. Check that your servers and computers are up to date with the latest security patches
4. Check event logs on servers and PC's
5. Check firewalls, routers and any other networking kit you have
6. Then discuss with you the best way to resolve any problems found before carrying out the fix
In short, our regular visits are what clients view as being insurance against IT disasters that would otherwise happen.
