Emergency call out
The high level of service that we provide should keep you from ever needing to make an emergency call. Unfortunately, as with the nature of our business, you may require this service when you least expect it. Should this be needed we have two ways of helping you:
Site down - complete system crash and users can't do their work
In this instance we will have an engineer visit your site within the agreed service level
Computer crash/software failure
We will initially access your system remotely and only arrange to visit if the problem cannot be fixed remotely. Amazingly, we are able to fix most emergency problems remotely, which is the most cost-effective solution for the customer.
